To access the Data Services Webpages, you will need to enter into a written agreement with Zync for the provision of data services (the “Agreement”). After signature of the Agreement, you will be assigned a personal username and password (“User ID”) to access the data services.
Your User ID is personal to you and you are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your User ID. You agree to use this Website solely for your own use and benefit in accordance with the written terms of the Agreement and you shall be responsible for all use of the Website made by anyone using that User ID. All rights in the material on the Website belong to Zync or its third party licensors and are protected by copyright, trade marks, service marks and/or other proprietary rights and laws of the UK and other countries.

(1) What information do we collect?
